Happy Sunday,
Everyone created a complete opinion book and a song this week! What a fun way to share what we think and feel. Thank you so much for all your hard work supporting the creation of these opinion pieces. It took a lot of work for both you and your child!
We will have a lesson on how to talk to other people online this week, so children can go onto the class blog to see each other’s work and to give their praise and suggestions (something we practiced in class together). Though the blog has been there, we will start using it as part of our participation this week. If you want to see the blog, take a look at the FindBlog attachment for the button to click in your child’s and your Seesaw view.
This week’s Essential New Learnings are ready. With the reading and word lists our class did last week, I’ve been able to put together new reading groups. Would you like your child to participate in small group reading zoom sessions? Please fill out this form to let me know! We have blue/red letters for printing available on the class site, as well as paper.
We’re starting to wrap up the school year. June 1st (tomorrow) is the last day to buy a yearbook please order HERE at $24/yearbook.
School supply kits are available for ordering now through June 14. CLICK HERE and enter code CLA205. We are working under the assumption that we will be going back to school in the fall. If that does not happen, we will communicate how to pick up or receive the school supplies ordered.
The below names have been nominated for the 2020-2021 Clark PTA Executive Committee. Thank you again for everything you do! This wouldn’t be possible without your efforts and perseverance. Thanks for all your feedback, too, while these lessons continue. If I can ever help, please let me know!
